“ Now that's the way customer service should be. I ordered pizza for delivery. Never came. Door dasher said it was already picked up. Basically somebody stole my pizza. This is the second time this has happened with the Farmington Road Casey's and DoorDash. First one was reimbursed after a couple of weeks of waiting. Second occurrence was 9/16/2022. I called Casey's and they had the order remade and delivered. It was a little inconvenient, but in the end Casey's did what they could to make it right even though it wasn't their fault. I changed my 1 star review to a 5 star, simply for the excellent and prompt customer service. My family was happy in the end. Thank you! ”
